Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of hyliox.studio and the Hyliox offers. By creating an account or purchasing an offer you accept them. Questions? Write to hello@hyliox.studio.
1. Hyliox Method (€34 one time)
The core Hyliox Method is a one-time digital purchase that grants lifetime access to the core course content attached to your account. Instagram + Affiliate is a separate optional €34/month subscription available inside the dashboard; it renews monthly until cancelled from your billing page.
2. Custom site (€679)
The custom offer is a one-time purchase: after your brief, we design, build and deliver your website, targeting delivery within 10 business days from the moment the brief is validated. It includes the revisions stated at checkout; additional scope is quoted separately before any work starts.
3. Payments & refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. Digital access unlocks instantly. The Method is charged once; cancelling Instagram + Affiliate stops future monthly charges. Custom site payments are non-refundable once production has started. No income or business result is ever guaranteed.
4. Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in email secure. You may not share paid access, scrape the service, or use it for unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or the community rules.
5. Affiliate program
These are the affiliate program terms accepted at application. Commissions are booked on real, non-refunded sales tracked through your link and paid via Stripe after the hold window. Builder commissions on custom sites are booked only after Hyliox QA approves your delivery. Self-referrals, spam, misleading income claims or impersonating Hyliox lead to suspension and forfeiture of unpaid commissions. Hyliox may adjust rates for future sales with prior notice; commissions already booked are never reduced retroactively.
6. Content & intellectual property
You own the websites you build and the deliverables of your custom site once paid in full. The course, templates, prompts and tools remain Hyliox's property and are licensed for your own use while you have access — reselling or redistributing them is not allowed.
7. Liability
Hyliox provides the service "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
